I just wanted to let you know despite my lack of enthusiasm, we had a great time at the Justin Bieber concert! The girls loved riding in the limo and it was a huge relief for me as I am not fond of driving in the city. Lou was great and we got there in plenty of time despite a detour which he was very apologetic about (even though he didn't need to be). My older daughter who is a student at Boston University even met us for dinner before the concert. I will definately use your service again and have recommended you to friends. I cannot possibly say enough good things about your business. Our wedding was this October, and our driver John made everything go so smoothly. He was not only on time, but 10 minutes early, which makes you feel really good as a bride. Not having to bite your nails waiting for your ride to show up. The limo was gorgeous, and the curbside service our driver provided was incredible. You definately mastered making the bride feel like a rockstar. I would recommend your company to anyone and everyone. The only business I found surrounding Plymouth that would vary their rates for my needs. You guys are the best! Thanks so much!. He took very good care of my wife and made sure she got everywhere she needed to be on a day that has a lot of potential for stress. He did all of the things we would have expected of a driver, but also went above and beyond. When she accidentally left behind one of her garters in the limo, Steve discovered it and returned to the reception on his own time to return it to us. Happily, this wasn't the garter we had intended to throw as part of the reception, but Steve acted as though it was. He could have easily discarded it or notified us that he had it and could have us recover it at a later time and no one would have thought less of him, but he went the extra step to make sure nothing would interfere with our celebration. We wanted to make sure that his performance was duly noted. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.

I wanted to thank you very much for your quick attention to my last minute request for your limo services as a special surprise for my niece. The car was great, the price was reasonable and we can't say enough about Steve, our driver! He was professional, funny and accomodating and just the perfect person to take us around all day. We didn't have to worry about parking, we could chat non-stop (which we did!) and that added so much to our day! We don't normally have an opportunity to get out for any "girl" time, just us, so every minute counted.
