PROM PACKAGES
· Vehicles below hold more people, but to be comfortable and accommodate those big, beautiful prom dresses we’ve made recommendations on how many people per limousine to have an enjoyable and comfortable night
· If you want to come by the store and look in the limousines give us a call and we’d be happy to schedule an appointment.
50% of the total due is to be made at the time of booking - the remaining balance will be due 5 days prior to the prom, no later please. Cancellation of booking will result in a 25% charge of the total booking fee (no exceptions).
Billing time begins when the rental vehicle leaves the lot and ends when it returns.
The pick up address and drop off address must be the same, there will be no additional stops during the evening.
· There is a Prom Contract that must be reviewed and signed by the guardian/parent of each minor riding in the limousine as well as the student, no exceptions.
The contract must be completed and returned to Special Occasion Limousine no less than 48 hours before the day of the prom. Luxury Coach/Bus (16 passengers) – 6 hour rental $800 (which includes tip)
White or Black 8 Passenger Stretch Limousine – 6 hour rental $600 (which includes tip)
Gray 4 Passenger Stretch Limousine – 6 hour rental $400 (which includes tip)
12 Passenger van – 6 hour rental $400 (which includes tip)
Black Tahoe SUV – 6 passenger – 6 hour rental $400 (which includes tip)
